• The customer is required to remove all the personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. EAS (Exquisite Auto Spa) will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement of such items.

  • After the service, customers are required to check and inspect their vehicle for the damage, scratch, placement of mats and trunk liners before leaving. EAS will not be responsible for any claims once the vehicle leaves from the location.

  • The detailing timeframe is an estimate. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to complete the package.

  • Extra charge applies to SUV / Minivan / Pick-up truck.

  • The leather / fabric seat treatment and the shampoo of the carpet, mats and seats doesn’t guarantee the removal of some permanent stains (rust, grease, oil, chewing gum, coffee, paint, artificial colors from juice, wine, milk products etc.).

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk. EAS is not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is in our possession, including but not limited to any damage related to pre‐existing conditions (tears, scratches, dents, stains, odors, etc.), damage to automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades, rear window wipers, loose interior trim or exterior moldings, exterior mirrors, trailer hitch caps, roof racks, power antennas, aftermarket accessories, headlights, rear lamps or reflectors. 

  • We are not responsible for any electrical or mechanical damage caused by water, steam or shampooing the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

  • Certain detailing packages include cleaning of the engine compartment and components.  EAS is not responsible for any damage resulting from this service, temporary or otherwise, that may as a result from water interfering with engine function.
